LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM
Welcome to the Customer Loyalty Program sponsored by Augusta Harley-Davidson. This loyalty program is our way of rewarding you, our loyal customer, for making Augusta Harley-Davidson your first choice. The Customer Loyalty Program is available to any retail customer and is given at no cost to any customer purchasing a new Harley-Davidson motorcycle from us. Participants must agree to all the program’s terms and conditions.
Here’s how it works: Customer Loyalty Program participants receive one point for every $1 spent at Augusta Harley-Davidson in the MotorClothes or Parts and Accessories Departments (Clearance priced items, taxes and items financed as part of a motorcycle purchase are excluded). Points are accumulated immediately upon the purchase of non-clearance priced merchandise. Please allow 24-48 hours for the points to be posted to your account. As you accumulate points, you will become eligible to redeem your points for Rider Buck Coupons. The first coupon can be redeemed at 1000 points, but if you continue to accumulate more points you can increase your coupon amount. Once you redeem a coupon, the points are subtracted from your account total.
1000 Points = $50 Rider Buck Coupon
2500 Points = $250 Rider Buck Coupon
5000 Points = $750 Rider Buck Coupon
How to follow your points: You can access your account by visiting our website at www.augustahd.com and clicking on Experience under the “Loyalty Rewards”, or by clicking on the Loyalty Reward Zone on the Home page under Promotions. To set up your account, you will need to type in your email address. This will prompt you to set up a private User ID and Password. No email address? No worries! Our employees can access the site for you within the dealership.
How to use your Rider Buck Coupons: Rider Buck Coupons are the equivalent of a gift certificate redeemable for motorclothes, parts and accessories and service only. They cannot be credited to an account, redeemed for cash, or used to purchase gift certificates. Once a Rider Buck Coupon is printed it must be redeemed within 30 calendar days of the date printed on the coupon. Lost, destroyed or stolen Rider Buck Coupons will not be replaced.
Miscellaneous Conditions: The following miscellaneous conditions also apply to the Customer Loyalty Program:
• Cards must be presented at the time of purchase.
• Cards can only be used by the original customer who joined the program or a spouse of the original customer. ID maybe required.
• Dollars spent on the purchase of a motorcycle do not apply and points may not be redeemed towards the purchase of a motorcycle.
• MotorClothes, merchandise, and parts and accessories financed as part of a motorcycle purchase are excluded from the Customer Loyalty Rewards Program.
• Rider Buck Coupons must be redeemed within 30 calendar days of the date printed on the coupon.
• All Loyalty Program points earned will expire at midnight on November 30 of each year and will start over with a “0″ point balance on December 1st of that year.
• Employees of Augusta Harley-Davidson are not eligible for the program.

Augusta Harley-Davidson reserves the right to discontinue the Customer Loyalty Program privileges and /or void all or a portion of a member’s point balance if points have been issued, received, or redeemed through human or computer error, fraud or theft, through illegal means, on in any manner inconsistent with the intent of the program. Augusta Harley-Davidson also reserves the right to modify or cancel the Customer Loyalty Program. All points are given at the discretion of Augusta Harley-Davidson. Points can be changed, removed or added at any time. Any or all discrepancies are decided by the General Manger or Owner of Augusta Harley-Davidson, and the decision in final at that time. The Customer Loyalty Rewards cannot be combined with any other promotional discounted or clearance sale items.
