POSITION: SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Duration:  Seasonal 
Number of hours per week:
40Summary Description:  Repair, customize, maintain, or overhaul both customer and dealer owned motorcycles as close to allotted time schedule as possible with excellent quality.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Service Department Operations
Provide prompt, dependable, high quality, vehicle service to (internal and external) customers.
Complete repair work within the scheduled or alloted time period whenever possible.
Accept work assignments from Service Writer/Manager.
Perform service, repair and work in accordance to factory specifications.
Keep work areas clean.

2) Customer Service
Minimize come-backs and deal with them promptly and satisfactorily when they do occur.
Model superior customer service behavior for all interactions with customers and employees.
Focus on quality.

3) Qualifications and Job Requirements
Completion of a factory authorized training program such as MMI or equivalent work experience.
Must have a current motorcycle endorsement on a valid drivers license.
Must have own tools.
Be prompt and available for flexible scheduling.
Maintain technical (PHD and other) qualifications by completing any necessary training programs assigned to you by the Service Manager.

POSITION: WASH BAY

Duration: Seasonal
Number of hours per week: 40

Qualities Looking for: Enthusiastic, energetic, self motivated, positive attitude, customer service oriented, organization skills.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
1) Helping Service Personnel
•    Ability to accept and follow directions
•    Help Service Department employees to run an efficient and customer oriented department
•    Wash Motorcycles. Ensure they are cleaner than when customer dropped them off
•    Keep the service department clean and organized
•    Assist with new motorcycle un-crating and set-up
•    Maintain and periodically check inventory of charged motorcycle batteries
•    Re-fill stock of oil, electrolyte material, or other supplies, as needed
•    Assist technicians or other dealership personnel, when asked
•    Maintain a Clean appearance of the service department, including the service parking lot

2) Customer Service
•    Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner and find them a service writer if needed
•    Handle requests quickly, and courteously

3) Other Duties
•    Clean around the dealership, inside and out, when you have extra time
•    As assigned
