JEFF HANSON GENERAL MANAGER – SINCE 2012 Jeff comes to Augusta Harley-Davidson with 17 years retail experience and 5 years’ experience with Harley-Davidson. He is excited to transfer to Augusta HD from our Colorado store Thunder Mountain Harley-Davidson. Jeff is dedicated to provide the best customer experience through a friendly and knowledgeable staff and the best product selection in the area. He has a desire to create long and lasting relationships with all AHD customers. Jeff has an open door policy and is always open to suggestions and feedback. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four boys. |

MELINDA DEFALCO CONTROLLER – SINCE 2007 Melinda is the original “army brat”. She was born at Fort Knox, Kentucky and has lived in many locations to include Athens, Greece due to her father being a Colonel in the United States Army. Melinda has been the Controller here at Augusta Harley-Davidson since 2007. She graduated from Campbell University and received her CPA certification from Alabama. Before coming to Augusta Harley, Melinda spent several years working for public accounting firms as well as large corporations. She has finally found though, the “perfect job” for her. Melinda works behind the scenes but is proud to be part of the team which ensures so many people get so much pleasure from our store, and runs the accounting department in an efficient but fun way. Melinda enjoys traveling with her family and in her spare time likes to cook and be crafty. |

MICHELLE SMITH RECEPTIONIST / ACCOUNTING – SINCE 2010 Michelle is our very own “Brit-Chick”. She was born in London and relocated from the United Kingdom 4 years ago. Michelle started working at Augusta Harley-Davidson as a receptionist and administrative assistant in February, 2010. She is now working as an account assistant. During her time on our front desk, Michelle had the opportunity to meet many of our Harley family and friends, and loves meeting new people. Michelle loves working for Augusta H-D and feels customer satisfaction is the most important aspect of the dealership. During the past Michelle has backpacked and traveled in many countries, including Australia, India, Nepal, Hong Kong, and around a large part of Europe, and hopes to see more of the United States in the future. Michelle is very proud to be in the process of gaining her American Citizenship! When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. |
