Mike worked in the automotive business 17 years and has worked for Harley-Davidson 18 years, 14 years here at Augusta H-D. He and his wife CeCy have three children 18 year old Nikki, 4 year old Mara, and 1 year old Levi. Mike enjoys riding and building Harley’s, Nascar Races and spending time with his family at the beach. Mike has worked in several areas of Augusta Harley-Davidson, which include The Parts Department, Motorclothes Department and is currently the Service Manager. As you will learn about Mike, he enjoys serving our customers and helping out wherever he is needed.

“Shef” began his career with Augusta Harley-Davidson in November 2008 until May 2009; he left to pursue other opportunities in Arizona and Florida. “Shef” returned to Augusta Harley-Davidson February 2010 to his position as Service Advisor. He has many years’ experience with Harley-Davidson dealerships across the country including the states of Ohio, Florida, Arizona and Georgia. “Shef” also served 27 years in the US Army and retired in June 2006. He is glad to be back in Augusta with his Harley friends and family. When he is not working, he loves to ride his 2007 Ultra Classic, which is his only means of transportation. “Shef” is always ready to answer any service questions you may have or just stop in to chat.

Marcy was born and raised in Augusta, Ga. She has worked at Augusta Harley-Davidson as a service advisor since 2007. During her years of service at AHD Marcy has trained in various areas of the dealership to include The Parts Department and Motorclothes Department. She enjoys learning more about one of her passions Harley-Davidson. When not at work with her AHD family Marcy’s hobbies are: riding bikes, working out, fishing, water skiing, and spending as much time with my family especially the love of her life her daughter. Marcy’s quote is “I love our Harley family”!

Donny is a Florida native, born, and raised in Miami.  In 1977, Donny moved to the CSRA and has been riding and working on Harley-Davidson Motorcycles for over 30 years.  He is married and has four children and four grandchildren, which keep him very busy.  Donny spends much of his free time riding his motorcycle, but now loves riding his new, 2012 Ultra Limited.  He is always cutting up and carrying on and likes to keep everybody laughing.  Donny cannot imagine doing anything but working on Harley-Davidson Motorcycles and will always make sure your ride is in top running order so you can enjoy riding as much as he does.

Jon was born in the Augusta area and has lived here the majority of his life. After graduating from Midland Valley High School, he worked at the cotton mill in Graniteville. In 2007, Jon graduated from MMI in Orlando, Florida. A week after moving back to Augusta, he began working at Augusta Harley- Davidson and has been one of our Service Technicians ever since. He is married and has two dogs, a Chow and a Husky. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities. He is not much of a sports person, but he does love to catch an Augusta River Hawks hockey game when they are in town. Jon strives to make all of his customer’s motorcycles as powerful and safe as possible.

Chuck recently relocated from Colorado where he worked for Thunder Mountain H-D for the past 3years. He is a MMI graduate who has been turning wrenches since 2007. He has traveled the U.S. and prior to attending MMI he traveled around Germany before returning to the states and starting a career in the motorcycle industry. When he is not working in the Service Department, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends and riding his 2007 Softail Custom. He is very happy to be a part of the AHD family and looks forward to many years of serving the Augusta Motorcycle community. Henry was born and raised in Augusta, Georgia. Prior to working for Augusta Harley-Davidson, he worked for 20 years a trim carpenter until 3 years ago when he joined our family. Henry takes pride in working hard to keep our customers satisfied. He strives to pick-up and drop-off customer’s motorcycles in a timely fashion. His watchful eye helps find any issues that should be tended to so that our customers are always riding a safe and on a showroom clean motorcycle.
